Hello,

I should be with an older SonyD8 camcorder to record directly via firewire. The duration is usually a working day - about 10h.

So far I managed this with the MS Movie Maker more poorly than right. For larger wmv files he once had a file error and the entire recording was erased. : /

Are there more reliable software? In particular, a compressed AVI format would be glad. :)
