My firewire card detects the DV-camera (Panosonic NV-GS 10) anymore. The Camera reported ever having imaging device 'Microsoft DV Camera to.
The editing program will then recognize the camera does not synonymous.
My operating system is Windows 98
The constellation has worked before, but since then I have a new additional hard drive installed, it no longer works. But I am not sure if there is a connection.

Thanks for your quick response, but for my problem that I see on the left no specific instructions. The connecting PC to DV Camera does seem to be physically correct, except that the operating system or what is not always synonymous tried to log on as a Firewire connection, but as Microsoft DV Camera. But surely that is what in Argentina?
Maybe someone has even one more tip for me?

I have an external hard drive s.Firewire and my XP detects the camcorder is no longer uncommon. I then go into the device control and Unregister the "OHCI compliant host controller". Then I re-run XP, the host controller is activated again and everything is OK. I let the camcorder while connected.
