Yes / No, the lamp has had the same battery of the M series, but the HC 1 small Active Interface Shoe, there is no light on it with normal shoe fits. You could also buy an accessory rail and place beside it.
Full kombatibel HC to 1 / 3 HVL is 10 nH.
Also according to my records, the Sony HVL 20 DMA does not fit in with the HC 1 / 3.
Since I have only 10 HVL NH (because he fits the shoe HC 1 / 3) and the other has never had in my hand, I trust my Sony records, I do not know how the shoe looks like the HVL 20 DMA.
