It is from the Final Cut Pro in Avid Media Composer to incorporate the possible projects (; as footage of an external hard drive einzuspielen)? What would have made of the material of Final Cut on the record are stored and what will be included? Or is there this difference bzügl. the format?

The easiest way would be if you export the Project from Final Cut as EDL. Then you could re-capture the material in Avid. All effects except panels would go it was lost. For data of a hard drive would be announced but a lot of manual work ... File format: it is s.wie your footage looks like. HD, SD, DV?
