I have a good 1 1 / 2 years, the Camera: JVC Digital Video Camera GR-d325E bought, and was very satisfied so far. Since about 3 weeks but can not connect my camera to the PC with more produce.
I have:
1) The Camera s.meinen cable with my computer.

(did not) 4) The camera with a different cable s.einen external PC.
(did not) 5) Another Camera s.einen cable with my other PC.
(ran perfectly) 6) Another Camera with another cable s.meinen Comuter connected.

(that was synonymous possible) Based on these experiments, the camera must surely be the source of interference.
The question is: What should I do? The Garante take?

that what is commonly referred to as a guarantee, it expired a year ago (6 months after purchase). You have to prove the manufacturer so that the error as soon as the purchase, or that the failure to another manufacturer of the product-related errors is due. But this is pretty hopeless.
