Hi All,
the MA-300 provides all the necessary connections to the camcorder via the Intelligent Accessory shoe manufactures. The MA-100 will be connected has to my knowledge, through a cable with the XL1 / s.

My information to the MA-300 only fits on the XM2. The accessory shoe is fitted at the rear of this camcorder, not in front of camcorders as usual.
