Hi folks,
I have Sony Vegas only recently. And my question is how can I use the Motion Blur only a person interested in running and the background nicely kept sharp? I would like a super Speed Effect to get (like Smallville). Whenever I use the Motion Blur setting up everything is blurred. Have some videos on the net effect of the Vegas with the very well made.
I would be very happy about your help!

Hi Marco, I did it while trying, but I have really achieved it. You must know, I'm still quite a Beginners in this program. Do I only mask the person and then use the Blur effect and then using Pan / Crop tool again to zoom?
Could you please explain the steps? That would be a very big help for me.

You have the same video synchronously with each other in two different test tracks. In the master video track, you turn on Motion Blur. At the second left lane you disable the control panel Motion Blur (there's ne button "Bypass Motion Blur"). At the top of the video track then you make the mask with Pan / Crop to the person around.
And I have doubts that the synonymous only somewhat realistic or good will.
