Hello,
I'm a video newbie.
I got me a few weeks HDD camcorder SonySR290 bought the mpeg2-files returns. Now I would like to edit and burn to DVD aud.
I am somehow in vain to find a program that with the MPEGs Smartrendert.
Have now the demo of SW www.womble.com used, as does the extent reasonably. Could still be better.
That is why am looking for another SW. Kannm me as someone a few tips and / or someone with experience of video editing of MPEG2 files.
I would like to try before purchase if the software does what I want, only s.den crossings and re-renders the soundtrack, so the imagery nahzu unchanged.

Have a SonySR190 and a similar problem.
I want to use the mpg files into iMovie or another editing program that runs on the Mac.
I have a mini-Mac and do not have before me a PC with extra care.
Jvc would have been Mac compatible, but Sony makes the best interests better pictures. Did not advance, which is a problem to find a program with which you MPG2 on the Mac can handle.
