New Camera - jerky zoom - Sonysagt this is normal - ungalublich

times so I must get rid of my frustration and because I may be better at German than in English, I bring the topic synonymous times here.
We have two EX1 in over a year successfully in use all the toll. Last January has unfortunately committed a EX1 involuntary dive undertaken and we had to buy a new.
This new camera has an incredible zoom or jerky but the operator was drunk or do not know how to zoom. Here is a link to sample photos:
We have the camera immediately Sonygeschickt. When you come back the bug was still there, so back to Sony. Well, it was Sony of "Yes this is normal", even the product manager said that was so normal and not a defect exists, I am almost burst. After prolonged discussion, you have us make a new cleverly with the comment "Yes but the new camera is exactly like his old" ...
Since we know that this behavior is not normal zoom is thought .... we will know.
Today, the camera arrived. The same behavior. We can garnicht believe sowas überhaupt buyer can go to and we believe this is not the synonymous normal. The problem is now of course the Sonynext claims this is so normal .... but why did we then synonymous functioning EX1? This brings the not so clear.
Now the question: Has anybody same problems or works in each of the smooth zoom ... I'm talking here not of any Griechzooms .. but such as in the example. are grateful for every answer

Yes we still have two more EX1en. They are from Feb08 and run without problems. I think this should be no exception but rather the rule.
I have a feeling the Sonybei the current production batches Arges indeed a quality problem. It must be saved everywhere.
What an absolutely ärglich makes these statements of Sonyand even the product managers are simply not been.
The replacement camera of today is definitely not new Camera (New SN / New Board / New firmware 1.12). I still can not believe what it expires.

This should probably be a joke? There are reports of pre-production units where the case was reiszoomen stutters, but not out! My EX3 is buttery soft!
This is something Sony should not let them go through - so you can not work!

it is not to be synonymous. Sonybehauptet steadfast as the camera was okay and that is so slow .... I probably should really get NEN lawyer.
Here's a clip with the new camera in the old vergelich. The interesting thing is that the colors, although everything is equally clearly distinguishable. Strange is not it?
This is a clear deficiency. This makes the zooming impossible with this camera and the zoom lens is not only there to extract to change ...

Given the comparison with images of old and new firmware, it seems IMO to be a firmware problem to act. There is probably only a downgrade in order to productively use new cameras to be able to.

Then it was obviously a faulty firmware released! Probably an internal error -> human error (quality assurance manager at short?).

The zoom works synonymous my EX1 buttery soft. In both Richtungen.Kein Problem.Firmware is 1:11

If s.Lens - I know of a EX3 of us what this just two times a new Lens got. Repair can this supposedly no longer exists. I do not want then to know what the warranty costs so fun!

In the first series of the EX1, there were some devices the problem of a jerky zooms, but only in conjunction with a programmed Shottransition. This problem was but with a firmware update fixed. I have no such Unzulänglichenkeiten with my EX1.
Someone knows the difference of both firmware version 1.11 to 1:12?
