Of rudi - 17 Aug 2005 17:18:00 The new Everio G hard drive camcorder from JVC received to the IFA, two top-made models to Page: The GZ-MG60 and GZ-MG70 will be delivered with a genuine 2Megapixel CCD, supports one of F1.8 Lens, 10-times optical and 200 x digital zoom. The rest is largely identical with the previously announced G-Series (GZ-MG20/30/40/50). GZ-MG60 (20GB) and GZ-MG70 (30GB) will cost 999 or 1099 Euro in stock and are available from November.

I have gained recently a GZ-MG70E and am both of the Resolutionwie performanceenttäuscht synonymous of the Color. Could it be that I am doing something wrong or are my expectations too high?

Hi AR, I also have bought before Christmas, the MG70E and she would bring back! Can understand your frustration, because the cam at a lower illumination a true "Pixelbrei" produced!
Recordings that are made with "normal" daylight, are completely blue tint!
My 12 years old SonyPC7E has the better picture - in spite of antiquated technology!
The advantages of the hard drive are unfortunately made by the less than satisfactory recording quality characteristic to destroy

This technique would be suitable just as good and well recorded in a position to a DV stream to a hard disk. Without such problems.
Sometimes it is not nachvollziebar what's going in the bulbs of the developers. Been unfortunate, like a good approach has been destroyed ..

I agree ...... I still synonymous synonymous Mjpeg.
Nothing against Mpeg2 as the end product if I can give a good software encoder on the calculator all the time in the world to decide on the best of all solutions.
But not in real time on underpowered hardware .....

Is it really the question, why not give customers the freedom to decide which format he / she wants. Thus, a DV codec can hardwarte but now no longer dieWelt Free ;-) at the mass market.
And why not optional once synonymous RAW? Even if the plate in the burst mode only a few minutes riff without error, there are situations in available-light area, since I liked later s.PC rightly expect an optimal result.
And why not high speed? I do not know where the boundary lies s.Auslesetakt the current CCDs. But with a little extra electronics should be at 3CCD camcorders as many as 75 frames per second in monochrome mode possible, right? And since the record format is no preference, could then be easily creates a data stream that is later s.PC "kontrastrichtig done the" (because of the primaries).
