Infoseite // Problem during the import of SDHC card in Edius 5 PROBLEM SOLVED :-))

Hi,

I have since yesterday a JVC GY HM 100 and now I have a problem with the capture in Edius! When I connect the camera via USB with the PC on the camera monitor shows "reflect data on PC" I must confirm. Now open on the PC monitor the window "Open folder to view files" After opening the appropriate folder, all appear to be imported clips in the form of folders. When I published this one Odner finally open an MPEG-4 File!
Double-click on the MPEG-4, they will appear in Edius Binfenster. I think that there is not what is ok (or I am too stupid) because I need every single music folder Pull down to put my clips into Binfenster ... I imagine it before at 2 or 300 clips!

Has anyone of you an idea how can I bypass the "fiddling"?
By the way, plug in, when the SD card directly into the card slot of the PCC's is the end exactly the same!

but try it just once in all the Explorer "folder, highlight and drag and drop to move into Edius Bin ...

Or go but Edius üebr In the Import dialog and then the appropriate parent folder of the card reader and see if he choose all reinzieht and recognizes.

I only know of my AVCHD camcorder ... there is a folder in the clips are all ... select all, reinziehen, ready ...

I think with his question, he would be in the JVC forum was better (... if there's that).

I use exactly the same camera and had the same problem at first, but thanks to several forum posts I have found my workflow. Is very simple:

In Windows Explorer, the SDHC card with the corresponding folders can show, then in the search function of Windows. Mp4 and he will enter all the clips on your card. These clips you copy to another directory and have everything together and post them either in Edius 5:51 and cut import natively or convert into Cannopus format (which I do, because then the mail goes right off).
