'm Looking forward is whether the new Sony's with the adoption of the interlaced image recording on such a good level as Panasonic in the consumer class. Would be nice to finally all in one compact enclosure as a backup camera are: Crisp sharpness, progressive, 50p (optional synonymous simply for better slow motion in a 25p Project), great starting focal length, a good automatic (for unattended B or C Camera ) and especially Night Shot (which I need to see at future projects).

For the hundredth time: The Sony AVCHD units feature already progressive on for some time, just pack it in a container labeled as an interlace (probably due to an AVCHD specification).
