refurbished to the extent knackigscharfe pictures of faces
or car number plates to get.
Is this already in the consumer sector, or at least for
professional application software?

So impressed me is not a bissel, at least not on the example
Wikipedia page.
That you can easily reach synonymous with VirtualDub. Temporal
against the noise smoother, bicubic resize to the resolution Aufpusten
and thereafter to sharpen a bit and finished the
Super-resolution product.
