I want to buy me soon the Panasonic AG DVX100BE and am not sure what head for a tripod, I will need to be able to mount this camera properly. Can someone help me because when I was deeply connected?

I've seen 2 interesting of Manfrotto tripods. One has a 501 head, the other a 503rd

Where then is the difference?

I use with my dvx100a a Manfrotto 510/540 ART, where the head is slightly "oversized", have it stop getting cheap.

The difference 501/503:
the 501 is not a "true" fluid head (such views have in the forum), the 503rd

The Manfrotto 525/503 kit, I think (again) optimum for a camcorder of this size. ;-)
