I need a camera, or can a camcorder with which I take good videos gymnastic competitions, where the children move so synonymous sometimes rather quickly. However, I would like to cut out individual photos from the videos, which then should be possible synonymous not have a too poor quality. So far I am with a normal digital camera and there it is only in very few situations where children cut the move not as good as possible a reasonably good Stillimage out. These are but of course much worse than normal photos.
And what would be synonymous still good, if at events that are not so well lit and where one sits next little away synonymous receive sharp images.
Can anyone recommend a good camera with either the hinbekommt the photos, or both?

You want to do both simultaneously? So, video and photos of the same long program at the same time make? this is not easy ...
The camcorder of Sonykönne shoot still photos during filming at the same time (eg, CX505, XR500, CX305).
