Infoseite // Convert NTSC to PAL TV

Frage von kristal_kat:

Hello,
I have an American television (no multi-system, NTSC only), but because I live with my husband in Germany, I would like to look away synonymous with this device. Since it was a very expensive television, we do not want to sell him. Now I have already tried a lot. The final tip was to buy me a VCR to play both NTSC and PAL synonymous (that) is a multi-system. So I am the nearest electrical retailers, and the nice gentleman who served me gave me after my statement was a VCR on its description (synonymous plays NTSC). Unfortunately, it does not work with the television, now I've seen in the instructions that it only with PAL is registered as a 'system'. Now my question: Should I give up or are there really 'multi-system VCR' with whom I see on an NTSC device, the German TV can??
Would be very grateful for all the helpful tips ... Thanks in advance VIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLENNN am truly s.verzweifeln :-(

Of course there is the NTSC VCR to play, which refers only to the reproduction of the cassette. It is synonymous external NTSC / Pal Converter, but whether this is worth buying, I can not imagine.

if you again try the forum search, you will find some postings synonymous with other subjects "Pal to NTSC ".... but because today is friday ..

I do not know what kind of television it is and how expensive it was, but the bottom line should thus not be worth a converter. The quality of a transformed PAL to NTSC signal is always much worse than a PAL signal on a PAL TV. This is true even for the excellent converters, which are used for example in the television stations, and a fortiori for all "affordable" converter.

So what is good for the expensive television, if the quality will moderate turns (lower resolution) jerk?

However, one might consider whether the television is not a roundabout route but accepts PAL. For example, at plasma screens with component input you could connect a digital receiver with component output, this should be the norm rather no preference.

Moin moin!

Have you ever asked the support of the company?
If the equipment was so expensive and there is a current device, the answer should have at hand.

Hi All,

I imagine it just as before: A receiver receives NTSC TV, and converts it to an AV signal. Then comes a PAL-NTSC converter, which consists of 25 frames per second, 30 in some way and at the same time tinkering Resolutionvon PAL (720 × 576) scale back to NTSC (720 × 480). This is but a single "geschwimme.

I found this "solution" not only financially and qualitatively interesting, moreover, it is synonymous still awkward to use. Because of the remains of the quality and ease of use of an expensive television set not much.

even in more recent times the TV images had an NTSC source, one sees the bad NSTC to PAL conversion. Do not want to know what it looks like on less expensive hardware ...

Hello,
I have both mulisystem tv tv as synonymous ntsc and pal.
yes it's true. they need a real-VTR mulisystem.
I have 2 good. An older Panasonic model even in the late 80s NV-G50 HQ is still mono, and a modern device of Samsung SV-5000W
world wide system is stereo, with which you can even convert videos of calling the system to another. Is a great device, and was synonymous not even buy a few years ago, but now there are online much cheaper. We have received earlier synonymous AFN, but is now shut down for several years, but for my family and friends abroad, I make these devices useful. Of the older Panasonic machines synonymous only good I can tell, had in all the years of intensive use, despite not a single repair.
Most newer video devices re-enter ntsc playback picture, which is ntsc abei other than the us ameikanische. on the world, there are several different ntsc systems and the playback is a quasi-ntsc. you can copy those not synonymous with multi-systems no videos from one system to another, but only play s.einem pal tv.
best greetings from fürth (with further questions halie1@gmx.de).
