Hello.

Am currently in the process with Adobe Premiere Elements to create DVDs.
This why synonymous always be in NTSC format.
Before burning (Exporting) so you can adjust.

But now I want to be sure that the DVD is really synonymous to a pure NTSC DVD player funzt.

Question:
Is there a program that the format of the finished DVD notes?

If you have NTSC as output format, NTSC should come out. Check it if you want to put the DVD into the drive (assuming that you do not have the CSS encryption enabled - if your program supports it), open the first VOB file with VirtualDubMod and click on "File - File Information". Alternative:

PS The DVDs are for my mother in Brazil.
The stört no bucking. ;-)
