I try in vain for some time to convert with Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0, a video (DV-AVI) from the normal PAL standard in the American NTSC standard. Result: mess.
Can anyone give a hint?

1. With Premiere onboard resources:
File -> Export-> Spending on DVD-> encoding standard NTSC
with MainConcept encoder plug-in:
File -> Export-> MainConcept MPEG-> Video Stadart standard NTSC
2. The DVD authoring program with a new standard NTSC Project
So it is at least in Adobe Encore
Thereafter, the DVD is playable on NTSC TV devices.

Hello,
I want a normal PAL output avi to a DVD as an NTSC-encoded MPEG video.
At short intervals there is a "jerk", which I would say that the video in the frame just puts up a little and then immediately falls into the normal position. When you see the entire video there will be a very bumpy, disturbing impression.
My questions now are: Have I made a mistake in the settings (I have the default values used), or it lies s.Adobe? How can I remedy this situation?
