Hi,
I'm in the U.S. many times DVDs (trip report, Cities DVD) seen those in which the thing the format they are both PAL and NTSC synonymous.
It is not on it they "PAL-compatible" but is both PAL and NTSC format in the box, it is only one DVD.
How can you put something on a DVD?

if I remember correctly was Payback (payday) so delivered
