Hello,
my wife would like here in germany PS2 (ie PAL standard) and buy them later to the Philippines to take (there is NTSC).
Does this or what should you consider?

Hello,
NTSC devices s.PAL TVs often make far less problems than vice versa. If the PS2 does not convert it to NTSC, then later television in the Philippines is a very modern device and PAL support. Otherwise, the game would be tarnished.
