New: to facilitate the best camcorder slashCAM list

To seekers in terms of the camcorder around, we have drilled our camcorder test database and generates the test results from a dynamic list for the best camcorder. It shows clearly the camcorders we tested for points and can be filtered by price: who wants to know what is in our opinion currently the best HD camcorder at a certain price will find the answers.
