Infoseite // Basic Settings - Digital Zoom for the Panasonic - Off or factor of 25

Frage von fidibus:

Hello,

I'm a little bit with the new Panasonic and the Panasonic GS300 Wide Angleam experiment (especially before the holidays Süfafrika)

Here is my question what is reasonable for basic settings for the digital zoom setting

It is in the menu on the GS300 digital zoom in 3 values set when the normal increase exceeds 10:

s.Funktion disabled - that is setting out to

b) up to 25 fold increase

c) up to 700 fold increase

Sure, of course, is that the image quality with the factor will be worse.

So now my question:

I wanted to be the first flat rate once setting the function with the value 25 as the basic setting

Or should we prefer the digital zoom to make out?

Greetings and Thanks

Fidibus

Hello!

Personally, I would absolutely avoid the digital zoom, because what use is it one, if you can Gnu picking, but then no longer can recognize whether it is a kind or a giraffe but is ;-)

Otherwise you have it you already answered itself: herumexperimentieren.

1: Is it not perhaps better, the scaling in the editing program to be, especially since there is a better image can be chosen (and possibly synonymous may be quiet, because you can make corrections) and still in an emergency wiederrufbar is everything?

2: Is the editing of scaling QUALITY program better than the digital zoom of the camcorder (the computer can apply for such processes, more time than the small processor on the camcorder)?
