Hello,
I want to go directly from the PC via FireWire to my external DVD recorder. Firstly, to create DVDs quickly to clear. On the other hand, however, synonymous to hang a control to monitor s.meinen Calculator. For Avid and After Effects, etc.
Unfortunately my DVD recorder reported only: no signal!
Output from the Calculator works on Camera, for Camera (via FireWire) to DVD recorder as well. Only from Avid directly do not.
I have read several articles that people that had problems. But the time had at least a Picture. I do not have nothing.
What can I do?
My DVD recorder is a very cheap way: Cyberhome DVR 1600th Since the same with the current firmware.
Windows plays when connecting the recorder from the famous Ding Dong, in the workplace but this appears not to later.

Yes, just like you I will not buy myself a DV converter or VTR. Far too expensive.
If there really is a kind of copy protection, one would have to be able to manipulate it somehow synonymous.

I habs made as follows with my pioneer dvd hdd / recorder:
the recorder with a firewire cable and then s.pc attached to the recorder dv-channel set. then I'll play the video simply cut the window and press the recorder on recording.
just ask to sign on again!

Well, a cut card is therefore synonymous A / D converter functions. But why then the DVD recorder? Since you have not yet drüberschleifen. Since you could jump of the cut card go to the TV.
