already have an older little longer, but well-functioning analog PCI TV card with software of Hauppauge WinTV2000 WinTV2K or could even WinTV32 and the reception quality by connecting a digital receiver / decoder, my cable provider still improve.

The Studio Recordings contain no sound
Description of my plugins / Connections
TV card Connections:
FM and TV antenna - with a digital cable decoder
Line Out cable to the external sound card in s.Line (works there but synonymous s.Mic In - or sound effects in normal TV)
S-Video / composite: s.Decoder via scart adapter (Status Output)
Line In: einchinch / adapter for red / weissChinch to scart adapter
(red / white audio)
Use an external sound card, Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2NX
for 5.1 speaker system.
If the above except Line In / Mic In and Speaker connections following port names:
Optical In / Optical Out / Side (Phones) / SPDIF-Out

Hello - just reply to my post first, because something has changed until now synonymous and yet there was no answer - or should I set this topic elsewhere?:
So if I go with the software WinTV2000 (Wintv2k/Wintv32), although my test recording files and can view it, but I hear no sound.
I Greife other Programs, with whom I MPEG or AVI video files and play back or edit may like
Ulead or Pinnacle Studio10 of
even Windows Media Player
Creative Media Source Player 5 or
Cyberlink Power DVD
it works with sound.
Does anyone know why it is in the TV software does not work?
