Problem with Magix Video Deluxe 17 Premium installation of additional programs

Hi,
I have the following problem:
When I click the enter key of the Magix.de Page is one of the proDAD programs does not work. That means that I get the code that I do not type in the program must be capitalized.
What am I doing wrong?
