Magix Video Deluxe 17 Premium will not start after installation

Hi, I hope someone here knows I've Council, the new Premium Magix Video Deluxe 17 and it will not start after installation. While it would seem after a while but now synonymous workspace a window with the error code -6. The uninstall plus used the shown on the Magix Page Softare delete to the complete installation of all files has not helped. Of course, I've turned off anti-virus software and synonymous but the firewall does not help. So I do not mean free help. There is no chance for there, with no monthly cost of a help by email to get them. Only by telephone, which costs EUR 1.49 per minute and the moment I'm still thinking if I call there or sell the whole again. : - /
