Hi,
I use the above software for video compression.
The videos are avi files, created in the recording with a Panasonic Mini DV recorder.
I have the H.264 codec used for compression
and receive abysmal image quality artifacts on the block
Flat screen with 0.5 cm length primarily on dark finely structured surfaces such as trees, tree, ground.
On what parameters I need to rotate so that the ends?
or is all the better?
Here are my parameters used:
H264 TwoPass
AVC_Preset: DVD
Profile: High
Level: Auto
Performance: 9
Frame Type: Progressive Frame
Slice Count: 1
Fashion: variable bit rate
Pass: multi-pass analysis
Bit rate: 2000 kbit / sec
