I work with the same program and s.and to have the same problem.
Come when you permanently, or is it a time synonymous normal again?
For me it is because that the program is not clever.
After a reboot of the computer running it usually returns to normal.
If it still does not run clever little tip:
In the Windows task manager all processes (eg virus programs)
quit. That helps sometimes.
