I have found no evidence for a solution to my problem, neither here nor elsewhere in the forum, but maybe someone knows the problem and the neck and reading white rat:
I export an approximately 60-minute film from premiere pro cs4 (output HDV 50i material) as mp4 in h.264 codec. I play the exported file (current VLC) it jerky and when I put another player in s.eine jump, freeze the picture during the ton s.der DESIRED position is played. s.einer some places, such as in half of the movie, the file no longer play. these effects occur which I have no preference settings in h.264 export refined (HDTV 1080p 25 high quality, 1440 x 1080i 25 high export quality, yet I have both 1-pass VBR, 2-pass VBR, CBR tried) as the Of h.264 blue-ray.
anybody knows a solution or workaround in the form of an equivalent quality codecs that I can export from PP CS4?

do you think playing too slowly to the export file? that can be excluded. I have a file on a brand new monster-cut test mac and it came on the same effect (described above) as on my dual core - who incidentally is synonymous not the slowest.
