Actually it was expected that DJI would introduce a new drone on Tuesday, the Mavic Mini, from which some facts and pictures had already been leaked, but it became the Osmo Mobile 3 Smartphone Gimbal. Nevertheless the new mini drone is in the starting blocks and will probably be released soon.
DJI Mavic Mini
The DJI Mavic Mini will probably weigh 245 grams (and thus remain below the magic limit of 250g defined by the US FAA and would not have to be registered), have a diagonal length between 17-21cm and cost about 400 dollars, reach a top speed of 50 km/h and should be able to stay in the air for up to 18 minutes. It has a similar design to the DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom with collapsible rotor arms. The camera will use a 1/2.3" CMOS 4K sensor with 12 megapixels, stabilized by a 3-axis gimbal. The DJI Mavic Mini will also have a front and bottom obstacle sensor, but not a rear one.

If the price is right, the new drone will cost as much as the DJI Spark now - but it will be better equipped with a 3-axis gimbal and 4K camera (4K@30fps maximum) than this (2-axis gimbal with 1080p camera). On the photos you can also see a microSD card slot and a microUSB port under the back battery slot. The latter is strange, because the new DJI drones all use USB-C. Since the pictures are probably an early pre-production model for the patent office, some small changes (like a USB-C port) can be made to the final model. DJI&s website also features two more models, the DJI Mavic 2 Pro+ and DJI Mavic 2 Zoom+, but these will probably be released next year.

There is already a first video with recordings of the Mavic Mini drone (but without gimbal and camera) leakt:
