I hope I can help someone:
I have before, with live video sports results during a tournament to store. I had thought of me, I go with a Hauppauge PVR-150 with the Live Picture and select inside the video source as a live-in flash. The picture is then overlaid and then via VGA or YC back out. The problem is that I have the input source can not switch, I see only the image noise from the tuner, but not Y / C video input. Is there a program that only can switch channels or knows someone like with Flash, or someone knows a program that is at least complete the task independently solves?

No, to indoor football. I have now managed to change the image source, but now I have the problem I have interlace strips. So it will probably return with a live mixer with Luminance-key work. So unfortunately I have probably returned to black and shadow in the Scriptures, since the mixer does not provide input to an alpha mask.

That would be difficult, because I synonymous photos and logos of teams with the group. As a key I currently max. Black (ie PC with color # 000000) and in the darkest of images is then a shade of gray that just will not cut. It would, perhaps with a professional chroma-key, but my mixer makes a wide range of transparent, then it works not with photos. The best would be with a mixed in which an alpha mask, I can add, but that's me for 1 tournament a year is too expensive.
