I'm standing before a small problem and hope one or the other time was in a similar situation.
I produce a live stream (emphasis really on Live). It worked with Videomischern etc. and the whole then directly sent to an encoder of the whole back to the server sends a stream.
Since I am here and there small clips show must I look for a way AVI's into a playlist on a Y / C signal output. We can I do this with a laptop and a Y / C output. This is, however, is far from optimal. The signal does not fill the entire visible Picture. If you look at the whole of the TV watching it may be that even in the edge vanishes, but since the whole next s.einen is another calculator, the captured signal and then streams, one sees on the network side s.Ende an ugly empty edge . Especially since the overlays do not have this edge and it is so very obvious, which is not the whole picture is completed.

The question is, how can I as a card to my stuff out? I would not with a software for the rumwursteln absolutely oversized! I want videos from a playlist to spend, nothing more. Also nix capture.

Movie: Motion JPEG (640 x 480, 30 fps)
When I first umrendern has everything, I can synonymous a Fast AV Master or take Pinnacle DV500 (fliegen around anyway).

I've got something similar. Quality is rather modest ... But it always depends on what you do so. Picture your VGA is already so badly blurred. Vector graphics or small character sizes are atrocious. Also any movie sehn not so thrilling, as they could be. But I think for very small budget isses not a bad solution, since it is relatively much synonymous can adjust it.
Für nen Internet stream may well be rich. Qualitatively better than a laptop with built-in S-Video - Out but it is not.
Nice side effect: If there is no VGA signal s.Input attached, this device generates Color Bars (at least, makes my very similar-looking part of the company "Grandtec). Is so nice n cheaper small color bars generator, if it then but for the actual purpose as "bad" out to be.
