Hello,
My question is this: if Digibeta was filmed has been working and uncompressed, then MPEG2 is better than DV.
The DV tape is of a DVD.

I've now views the Filmsquenzen the DVD as a Quicktime movie of the DVD taken.
That is still in MPEG2, which is now better than DV which then must be compressed again.

No - mpeg2 is usually never better than DV-avi. Mpeg is simply much more compressed.
Except: megaschlecht computerized encoders and super mpeg encoder (this is konstalation seeeeeehr unwasrscheinlich)
Yet hardly one here understands what you want?
The question is rather what you want to do and what your goal is media (DVD, TV, web, etc.)

What exactly is Digibeta - and how you rübergespielt the movie? Digital? analog?

are you sure digibeta to speak of? :) I know there is no possibility between compressed or "uncompresster" borrowing during the filming choose ?!... except perhaps when transferred to the pc? or what do you think?
