Hello
I'm looking for a DV editing program that supports video sizes that are not standard like PAL or NTSC 4:3 is 16:9. So a program with which I, for example, a movie editing / creating / editing program that can cut the pixel dimensions of 700 x 250 has.
With Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 is that by which I simply create a new project on "Custom" and then change the geünschte Size (with square pixels) select / enter.
With Magix Video Deluxe, this is but it seems to me not possible. (Or I have the right option is not discovered.)
Which programs except Adobe P. 2.0 support such "abnormal" format as in - and output? Premiere is a bit expensive for my taste ....

Release 6.5 also supports user-definable formats. If this should be enough, this version would be used safely to get cheap.

Other alternative with minor restrictions as for some transitions:
Cut into arbitrary, bildgrössenbeschränktem editing program and then chronologically ready-cut film or scale s.den edges as trim or in with VirtualDub encoder program.
