Hello,
am a relative newbie and would like my material, that from the first-person perspective is filmed with a blinzel-enhancing effect, so that the viewer even more into the role of the protagonist can empathize, so that it looks as if every few seconds the eyelids and very briefly sent back to (just as with any people is ;-)). Can someone at random to a tutorial? Or can someone explain to me how to accomplish it?

I do not know what experiments you've done this already.
Have you been around with the Aperture on Black probiert? Timeline s.der blinzel-through body, Aperture drauf choose 3 images long. This is not quite black (the retina at the blinking lights after - it is not quite "dark"), the beginning of the aperture to 0, the end to 50
