Infoseite // HD: Final Cut QT>> Premiere Pro

Frage von frankfunk:

Hello!

My twisted 1080i material was s.einem Mac with Final Cut Pro Quicktime MOVs captured. Sliced must, however s.PC with Premiere Pro.

The files can be imported though, but it is only displayed a white picture. Sorry, no longer available for re-Cam to capture PC.

Question: How can I convert the files without recompression and quality loss order into a format that can be processed of Premiere Pro 2.0?

Thank you very much!

Antwort von Nightfly!:

Then you need to use the material probably a codec of the two systems will be accepted.
So look at it as something Appel as "compatible", and suggests what you have for other codecs available so that it does not create severe quality loss in converting / exporting.

hi nightfly.

on the mac, I can look at me now that I've installed Final Cut Pro - there should probably be the codec come along.

new question: how do I get this codec for my pc system?

it must be about the Apple Quicktime HDV codec. So do not h264.
