I work with the program Magix Video deLuxe 2004/2050
In some scenes I would like the person on a black bar across the
Face to miss. Is there a way that it moves along the bar,
like the face? I hope you know what I mean.
Called the Freehanding? I do not synonymous.
The people remain standing synonymous not stop but move, so would need to move the bars is synonymous with.

2004/2050 ... wow, your software is really ahead of its time. I assume that they respond to voice input. Describe your computer but once we did not answer ... * * bit of fun
No, I do not really know whether and how the work with Magix Video DeLuxe. Generally, it goes as this: You create a black rectangle and resize it to the desired size. Then you animate the rectangle using keyframes, so it follows the movement of the person.
Simple and professional would be to use a motion tracker ( "motion tracker") such as that offered such as Adobe After Effects.
