Hello!
Layman with Windows Movie Maker successful film cut and stored on hard drive notebook. Project has min 46th Period and 2.53 MB. The saved film is indicated for 190 min long memory with 688.770 KB with dimensions 640 x 480. When playing with Windows Media Player 9.0, the film looks like a color negative. Sound is oK. Wanted to film on DV tape dub, but because of size is not so simple. DVD has also made this colored negative image.
Help would be very grateful.

Hi,
So min for a 46th 2.53 MB movie are very real even compress 2.53 GB there are no DV-Avi ... Your project you need the same format as the input (DV-AVI) system, then you'll get it (DV-IN condition of the camera) synonymous again back to your DV tape.
The negative effect I can not explain it

Hello, I have the same problem ... it pops a kind of negative in all the color .... I have not been asked to help. I have exhausted all my possibilities ....

You might use an Nvidia graphics card?
There were times as an overlay color Bug with certain ForceWare Treibern.Dann changing times, the drivers (aktuallisieren to-date, official), or try it once without the overlay, for Run Media Player, then to: Tools (Settings) -- > Options (Options) -> Performance (Power) -> Advanced (Advanced) -> then switch to "use high quality mode" and below in the DVD settings also park overlay ( "use overlay").

So there goes on Winamp: http://members.chello.at/djdino/temp/winamp_overlay.png and many other players anywhere in the menu.
When it is displayed correctly without overlay the graphics card driver is at fault because this is usually responsible for proper implementation of overlay (in hardware), does not overlay the other hand, only the CPU, the entire rendering.
