I have the following problem I use Premiere 6.5 with our normally SonyTRV-725 for capturing this, I have always synonymous with the preview image capturing
since yesterday I have now a second Cam a Panasonic NV-GS15 Captureing and the control of the cam works with Picture and Sound, however, I have no thumbnail

I have a similar problem with Ulead and its canon cam.
that is because the software the device is not supported.
maybe you can with a patch adobe cammodell for this download.
the control module are often similar, so it is with the control and often synonymous with the sound works, but not with the building.
