Hi,
I have only a very short question, which is probably (hopefully) answered quickly:
How can I use in Premiere Pro on a clip "Motion Blur"? With "effects" I can not find the.
I want the video clip in the Picture Page and afterwards moves to get the next clip, and the edges of this 'join' so and it is blurred, so that the transition between the images could see.
Who can help, I found at google unfortunately nothing ... ;)

You all confuse the general motion blur, the motion of an entire object (a video layer) is concerned, with a motion blur, the picture in the moving

...... As for "wheels" do you mean? That of the vehicle?

There is no motion blur as the effect in PPro, but you could try to animate the Directional Blur so that it acts as a Motion Blur
