No.. The DVD structure is nunmal so that the laser on the structure of the next timeline must go. This is inevitably a small Ruckler. Just when so-called shift (you will hardly affect the warning but you can find on any commercial DVD).
Now you can probably change the order of the timelines on the DVD in such a way that there is virtually no Ruckler there, but where the menus are nunmal is fixed and there is always this moment to re-read data need.
I would not be a hardware player, who "think ahead" and already the next content item in the cache reads.

You can specify where your start menu. Just insert the movie and the background under the Menueigenschaften the starting point. I write this now, however, without a reference Encore (Internet), but would actually go.
