Hello dear reader forums,
need urgent help!
My DVD recorder of Panasonic (DMR-E53) needs a few days since several minutes until he returned after starting up.
Today he needed 20x "Selfcheck" until he was ready to go. It is, I noticed that the "Selfcheck" on the screen longer to be seen was, until he is finally "caught" had.
What is this problem? Do I need the recorder for repair or if there are tricks to resolve this problem?
The device is now about 3 years old and until now has otherwise no problems.

because it is a pure DVD recorder (without hard drive), or I would be typing that may be a faulty disk is inserted. If so, check the times, ie without disk.

Sorry, an error series (not alzu rarely) with Panasonic DVD recorders, my unit had to be synonymous at that time in the service (the small ES 10). My service chief knew about it immediately, I was not the first with Selfcheck error.
I had a big s.Rams wear, you could say the device has the DVDs geschrettert.
After the device has been repaired, it runs properly again (about 4 months ago).
I was lucky, the defect occurs 1.5 years (warranty) after purchase to take with you, it is very annoying.
