Hello,
I want me to buy a camcorder soon (still unclear whether the mini-DV or HDD / SD). The import into the PC with Mini-DV I would actually be less disruptive.
More disturbs me is that after editing (editing, titles and transitions mitUlead Video Studio) the film is converted for hours and then burned to DVD.
Needless to convert after editing recordings in mpeg2 format of HDD / SD Carmcordern, so that the film within a few minutes would be burned?
Can (without editing) the file from the HDD / SD camcorder comes, almost as it is in a few minutes to burn DVD.
DVD = DVD player playable DVD
Would be nice if you could help me, because if synonymous with HDD / SD camcorder only long Compute necessary, would be the sowiese decision in favor of mini-DV.

Hello,
MPEG-2 takes even longer if you have many things einbaust like transitions, graphics, Slow Motion & Time Lapse etc.. The rest of the workflow, however, is less time consuming.
If you are changing only slightly and only a little kürzst & change, HDD is full advantage, not a problem in 30 minutes an hour to film (dubbing of USB and DVD burn them).
For most SD camcorders and DVD camcorders you should very carefully your raussuchen Programs. SD camcorder have mods (Panasonic), well, you can rename to MPG, MPG is synonymous but not every program. Transferred via USB, but you get pure MPG files, that's when Panasonic SDR 10, exactly as in the SDR S 150 so.
With DVD camcorders is still confused, VRO and VOB files are even meaner, Magix owner and VRO files filmmakers know the problem. As a rename synonymous helps nothing.
With DVD camcorders where SW is supplied (if you want to use) can be the same as for HDD say - that is a fast DVD creation with short-cut way s.PC.
