very simple question: has the MPEG2 codec? This is not a part of Media Player, but is about Eien DVD playback software like PowerDVD or WinDVD installed.

Individually probably not, right?

vlc is ok, but the decoder is not available for all Programs like Windows Media Player tangible. codec for the system and thus accessible for all programs come with ffmpeg zb .. So ffdshow.
