Hi,

if I get a file, no preference whether AVI or MPEG in Encore 2.0, on average, will open window, only the video track and the audio track remains empty, so no sound is possible. What do I need to change so that the sound file with impotiert is?

M2Vs have no sound. The must separately as WAV imported. For other types of MPEG stop there depends on how they were created and how the tracks are. The same applies in principle to AVIs. Formats such as DivX and Xvid, you can remember anyway, this is the latest project to create a problem because the time code in such files are never right. Just look again. Also bear in mind that Encore just imported stereo (with the exception of already-encoded AC-3 files). Benefits überhaupt nix you, if your AVIs and MPEGs have embedded 5.1 surround ...
