I do not understand what the developers in HTML5 standard, Worldwide, at least not if it meant everyone but the developer does what he wants.

I do not understand what the developers in HTML5 standard, Worldwide, at least not if it meant everyone but the developer does what he wants. Only Apple does what they want, all other major browser vendors will support Webm.

Just as the browser vendors to the new "standard" to be implemented, they have managed to this day not even with the existing standards (HTML, XHTML, CSS).
