Now after I've read a few months with great interest various forum postings and have often become synonymous with valuable information was provided, but will now begin s.The increasingly becoming a question mark. There are almost as many that the threat Durchblick completely disappear. And even though I have the search function with all possible combinations of search words was mistreated.
It's about the thorny issue of the appropriate software for DV editing of AVCHD footage. The used is a Canon HF200 camcorder.
When we first with our previous notebook have tried fairly acceptable workflow for DV editing to achieve, we have now bitten the bullet and made us a new notebook, with the expectation that at least the hardware specs are only enough times. They are the following:
Dell Studio XPS CPU: i7 720 sqm GPU: ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB RAM: 4 GB Windows 7 64-bit Full HD Monitor
But now the real "problem": What editing software??
I have read so much about PowerDirector, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas Video, Pinnacle Studio, Edius Neo, Sony Vegas, etc., that my head is buzzing. I've tried all the test versions. It seems to me there is no DV editing software that is user friendly, stable, AVCHD can deal adequately with material that contains sufficient features, plug-in capable, etc. Wherever you have a closer look some (rightly) critical users s.jeder software suspend anything. Not that we misunderstand us: in most cases I can even understand the criticism quite well. Every software is missing some aspect that they would recommend without reservation. These aspects are then indeed there again with another software, but this is just synonymous then again their deficits.
I'm totally desperate, but I would finally begin to cut my movies !!!!!
Please, please can you help me. What kind of software (with appropriate cost (Edius Neo is already very very much s.der upper limit) and suitable) for AVCHD editing on above-described notebook is for me as an ambitious newcomer is not next spring, then (just want to upgrade again) for now really fully suited and recommended?
Thank you for your help.
Another small problem Chen s.Rande: On top of the notebook-called jerk files from my camera in the VLC player still. I thought we had moderate hardware really done everything that can be done. In Windows Media Player files run properly gemgegenüber. If the s.VLC player?

You have to understand the architecture, the AVC requires because unlike MPEG2 is not an I-frame into memory and then loaded and executed, and deleted again, but up to 16 I-frames (now packed) into RAM and much more And it must be considered synonymous accessed much faster on it. It has to happen so a different load distribution. Even if your "cores were displayed in the manager as" actively "heist that still does not mean that they s.Videoprodukt cooperate". So you need a calculator that can run multiple cores (you) You, with sufficient RAM (I would add and make sure that they are fast) and an OS that supports this new architecture, especially since (makes W7). Now you need an application software that can split the jobs and assigns synonymous s.The different paths and then it leads back together. This is not just times and the companies have made it a little longer to crack than s.den stupid DV or MPEG2 method. Especially since the specifications required by MPEG are very much more accurately than previously, to not close again the same mistake as in MPEG2. So, now you have to make the choice. But I am sure that companies that have ceased to AVC already be synonymous update their Programs to refine the next functionality. You just need to distinguish whether) they have decided to companies (in their NLEs to support internal computer architectures, or through external GPU CUDU connections. Both solutions are available today s.Markt place.

I am very satisfied with Edius especially in terms of speed. Have now instead of the Neo Edius version 5 series. Had Premiere, Sony Vegas, Magix VD 15, Ulead etc, but not going so stable. On my laptop, with 2 * 2Ghz cores when running Hdv cut pretty fast and totally stable with firewire capture etc; hab ne HV20 and Windows XP and I have always shied away from ne-AVCDH buy Camera. Had hoped, with Core i7 could be cut now ne realistic option. Hard to believe, as the producers s.den users' PCs vorbeiproduzieren although AVCHD still really no visible advantages over MPEG-Encoding offers, right? And whether the new cams are somehow better than the good old HV20 with a big chip and Cinegamma ... Much luck anyway!
