I can receive a TV card with Turkish television?

If you are connected s.Kabel simply hanging them see above your cable provider to provide the desired channel. With cable you can only receive the channels that are fed by the provider. 'If your station is not there then you use is the best TV card no.
Free Choice of the matter with you with satellite channels.

Hello H3R0 (or at least R2D2?)

If you are Turkish nationals and can not receive cable programs in your native language, can not prevent your landlord that you set up a satellite dish. That must be so regulated by law (with an Italian friend, it was the same).
