I have since recently, a PC with TV card (KNC One RDS) for analog TV or radio reception. Thus, I can then use the supplied software (CyberLink Power VCR II) directly onto the hard drive and start there as I or mpeg mpegII Save.
My question: For further processing (eg Rausschneiden of advertising, give title, perhaps subtitles ...) and burn to CD-ROM or DVD, I need yes an additional software - is because Adobe Premiere 6.5 or the general in October Adobe Premiere Elements appears correct? I can find no info whether this software then the mpeg II mode provide the necessary burn to DVD or convert any "read" may. Who could help? Perhaps there is synonymous better software for Beginners? Is synonymous Adobe Premiere 5.1 - the older version seems to be.
A friend suggested something of Pinnacle before - on their home site, I have However, so many different programs found that I completely Durchblick lost (such as Adobe synonymous, incidentally)
I am grateful for all tips and hints!

Hello!
When I would start to Magix Video Deluxe 2004/2005 rates, possibly in the Plus version, which may be synonymous advertising and find rausschneiden. Do I have to 67th - Euro newly purchased, and also on eBay Pinnacle Edition 5.1 (to be like Adobe Premiere), with whom I am still overwhelmed. Magix is reasonably easy to grasp, we must not read too much and may also losstarten. Encoder settings in Magix's Forum, the Program can simply everything, cut MPEG synonymous. http://www.magix.com/select.htmlSoll incidentally, have fewer bugs than Pinnacle Studio 9th
