Dear Readers,
I installed under Boot Camp on iMaci7, 8GBRAM, 512 MB Radeon 4850 and Windows 7 64-bit (; native) Premiere CS4, and had a disastrous movie preview source as synonymous program window. The film is just some sharp and smoothly played in extremely small size, which for a 27-inch model is absolutely pathetic. Whether the preview quality is set to Auto, High, or design, is the picture blurred, jerky and rustles slightly. These effects become more pronounced the higher I scale the thumbnail. DirectX 11 ok, using external players such as MS Mediaplayer9 is the quality of 1a. It is also the only imported material to DV movies. Premiere CS 3 on my other much "weaker" computers running with the same settings without a hitch.
Although I have read countless posts about "stuttering," I have not, however, can help.

Let your views of the tool "GPU-Z" the clock speeds of the HD 4850 show, when you PPro CS4 and using the media player. Perhaps the problem lies s.der ATI card + PPro!

CS4 is ok, the problem is win7 x64, because win7 32bit läufts synonymous with really well.
As already mentioned, the system set to performance, then looked like this for Win 2000 but the preview window in CS4 are just as it should be.

CS4 has not been developed for W7-64bit halt. CS4 at least run on my win7 64bit without any unusual event, but not on ATI ner and with plenty of computing power.
